WHAT IS THE DEFENDER 960?

The Defender 960 gate has been developed by Heras and Broughton to satisfy highly demanding security criteria, and to be suitable for use therefore within maximum security fencing installations. Tested to an ‘Enhanced Standard’ the Defender 960 is designed to resist attacks on the front cover plate which protects the locking mechanism, as well as attack on the locking bar, the slide bar, and the gate hangings. The gate is highly resistant to such tools as levers, chisels, hammers and even reciprocating saws. The Heras Defender 960 gate is manufactured with longevity very much to the fore, using heavy duty materials and a robust, fully welded basic construction. The gate incorporates a single point high security access controlled locking system, tested on selected doorsets to LPCB 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (Issue7).
